Carelink Services – Hourly & Live-In Care Options

💙 Individual Care
Hourly Care – $30/hour (This includes overnights, weekends, and holidays)
Live-In Care (Same Caregiver) – $500/day Flat daily rate covers full-time care with coordinated rest periods and one day off per week. 💛 Couples Care
Hourly Care – $40/hour Includes care for both individuals. Live-In Care (Same Caregiver) – $650/day Flat daily rate covers care for both individuals with coordinated rest periods and one day off per week.
🛏 Live-In Care Requirements
1. A private bedroom must be provided for the live-in caregiver. 2. Days off are arranged between the matched caregiver and family. If coverage is needed during caregiver days off, Carelink can arrange a replacement caregiver.
Placement Fee A $350 non-refundable placement fee is due upon signing the contract and prior to the start of caregiver recruitment. This fee covers caregiver recruitment, screening, background checks, and administrative onboarding. The placement fee is separate from and does not apply toward hourly care costs.

Carelink Services connects families with trusted, independent caregivers for in-home support. With over a decade of experience in the home health field, I understand how important it is to find compassionate, reliable care tailored to your loved one’s unique needs.

We are not a home care agency — instead, I work directly with families to match them with qualified private caregivers. Each caregiver is carefully vetted, background-checked, and experienced in assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, mobility support, medication reminders, grocery shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments.

Whether your loved one is navigating dementia, Parkinson’s, age-related decline, or recovering from surgery, we help ensure they receive personalized, dignified care. I also assist families in developing care plans and operate under a registered LLC with full business insurance to protect all parties involved.

All of this needs to be explicitly stated. We do not provide respite care. Just non-medical assistance.
