Competitive Pay:
We offer transparent, above-average rates for experienced caregivers:
Hourly Care: $25/hour
(1099 independent contractor position)
Live-In Care (Single Client): $200/day
Live-In Care (Couples): $250/day
Our goal is simple — pay you well so you can focus on providing exceptional care.
Independent Contractor Flexibility
As a 1099 caregiver, you have the freedom to:
- Choose the cases that fit your schedule
- Work independently while still having support when needed
- Maintain control over your workload
Live-In Positions
Our live-in roles are designed with balance in mind:
- A private bedroom is provided
- Daily rest periods are built into each case
- One day at minimum off per week (or arranged with the family)
- Ongoing support from Carelink if coverage is ever needed
Caregiver Requirements:
To ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, we ask that caregivers have:
- 3+ years of caregiving experience
(home care, nursing home, hospital, or similar setting) - Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Active car insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Two professional references
