Hi, I’m Marisa Romas, the founder of Carelink Services.

For more than 10 years, I’ve worked directly with seniors and families, providing care that goes beyond daily tasks — it’s about building trust, comfort, and meaningful connections. Over the years, I’ve helped clients with everything from companionship and appointments to navigating the challenges of dementia and recovery after injuries. What has always mattered most to me is treating every person with patience, dignity, and respect.

I hold a B.A. Communications and I’m currently pursuing my MBA. My education has strengthened my skills in communication, organization, and leadership — all of which I bring into Carelink Services to ensure families and caregivers are supported every step of the way.

I started Carelink Services because I saw how overwhelming it can be for families to find reliable, affordable care. Traditional agencies often feel impersonal and costly, and I wanted to create something different — a service that keeps compassion at the center, connects families with trusted caregivers, and makes quality support accessible.
