2. Terms & Conditions
By accessing this website or submitting a service request, you agree to the following terms and conditions as outlined by Carelink Services, LLC.

Services Offered:
Carelink Services provides caregiver referral and coordination services. We match families with experienced, independent caregivers and handle scheduling, communication, and payment processing. While the caregivers we refer do provide direct hands-on care, they do so as independent contractors. Carelink Services itself does not provide care and is not a licensed home health agency. We do not employ caregivers; they are 1099 independent contractors.

Payments & Fees:
Clients agree to pay Carelink Services directly for all services rendered. This includes:

An hourly rate as outlined in your individual service agreement
Payments made weekly or monthly, depending on the agreement
 

Client Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information about care needs
Pay invoices on time
Communicate changes in schedule or care requirements promptly
Late or missed payments may result in service pauses or additional fees, as outlined in your signed agreement.

Intellectual Property:
All content on this site (including branding, posts, and blog content) is the property of Carelink Services, LLC and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability:
Carelink Services is not liable for outcomes of care or disputes between clients and caregivers beyond the scope of our matching, scheduling, and coordination role. However, we strive to mediate and reassign caregivers when necessary.

3. Disclaimer
Carelink Services coordinates care and matches families with referred caregivers. We do not provide licensed medical or nursing services, and our caregivers are independent contractors, not employees.

While we vet and screen each caregiver, families acknowledge that caregiving inherently carries personal and physical risks. Any care-related decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed medical or legal professional.
